Checksummed WindSonic M measurements are normalized, filtered, and classified before they can influence control.

Geometric plume scoring

Every enabled hazer is scored against up to 256 coverage samples using wind, reach, spread, and directional influence.

Stale wind, sensor faults, command loss, disarm, and blackout drive explicit safe scenes rather than guessed output.

Transparent autosave

Non-network edits validate, persist, and apply after a short debounce without clearing arm, blackout, wind history, or console takeover.

Wind, control state, site bounds, stage, FOH, coverage, predicted plumes, and every hazer share one continuous operator workspace.

02 / Direct geometry

Move the show, not a spreadsheet.

Drag stage and FOH bodies, resize from any corner, rotate from the front edge, and align FOH with live distance and soft guides. Work in feet or metres; the engine remains SI.

03 / Contextual settings

Tune without losing the canvas.

Choose Best N, All qualified, Minimum set, or Weighted rotation; configure wind and sACN; and apply network settings as one isolated change.

Bring HazeVane onto the lighting desk.

A dedicated sACN command universe provides maintained remote enable, arm, blackout, and ten bounded manual-test channels. Priority arbitration, optional CID locking, timeout behavior, and diagnostics remain inside the appliance.

Honest release status

Software baseline complete.
Hardware acceptance still matters.

The v0.6.2 software baseline now includes the infinite canvas, stage and FOH alignment tools, direct geometry editing, contextual canvas actions, persistent units, transparent autosave, ESP32-S3 firmware integration, OTA, and console control. Production RS-422, enclosure, grounding, surge/ESD, fixture values, recovery, and field acceptance remain release gates.
